WEEKLY CLASS SCHEDULE
Lowcountry Rolfing Classes
Lowcountry Rolfing aspires to be offering more classes and opportunities for people to learn about the potential of their bodies. Stay posted for class updates on the Instagram feed @lowcountryrolfer or Facebook @ Loves2Move. Weekly class offerings include: yoga, calisthenics, mobility, and resistance training. Please note some additional details about classes below before reserving your space.
SMALL GROUP CLASSES (5-6 person maximum)
All classes are limited to 5-6 people depending on the facility used. Outdoor settings may allow for more attendees. A quality level of instruction is desired to be maintained as well as the safety of class participants.
Costs vary depending on location of class. Drop-ins typically range from $20-$25 per class. Ask about an introductory offer for Myoga at Drake Fitness where you pay just $100 for a 10 class pack!!!
